Donor Bill of Rights
A Gift to the Clinton Public Hospital Foundation is a Gift of Trust
Philanthropy is a voluntary act that strengthens our hospital and uplifts our entire community. It reflects a spirit of generosity and care that is vital to the quality of life in Clinton and the surrounding area.
A gift to the Clinton Public Hospital Foundation is more than just a donation—it’s a gift of trust. Trust that we will act responsibly, with integrity, and always in the best interest of the hospital and its patients.
We are committed to honoring that trust by using every donation wisely, transparently, and with purpose. To ensure that all donors feel confident in their decision to give, we uphold the highest standards of accountability and respect.
To that end, we support and uphold the Donor Bill of Rights.
The Donor Bill of Rights was created by the Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP), the Association for Healthcare Philanthropy (AHP), the Council for Advancement and Support of Education (CASE), and the Giving Institute: Leading Consultants to Non-Profits. It has been endorsed by numerous organizations.
